The smartest move is the one you can trust. The DV8 Smooth Criminal was engineered to bring a new level of control to bowling, combining a lower-RG, lower-differential Larceny core with a smoother, lower-traction Jailbreak (S5) Hybrid cover for a stable, predictable motion from start to finish. Ships fast from our Connecticut pro shop with free shipping on orders over $150.

Designed to expand DV8's no-thumb lineup, the Smooth Criminal excels on short to medium patterns, wet/dry house conditions, and other challenging environments where stronger balls get too responsive. It blends the pattern instead of overreacting to friction, delivering the consistency high-rev players need when quality shots matter most.

Who It's For

• High-rev and no-thumb players — a stable, controllable motion that won't overreact.
• Short and medium patterns — blends the pattern instead of hooking early.
• Wet/dry house shots — predictable read when friction changes across the lane.
