Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
- When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries according to the duration and frequency you select.
- Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel before renewal.
- You may change or cancel your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails include links to manage your order and subscription.

Pre-orders
- A pre-order is for an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory.
- At checkout we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount, and we may store your payment method to charge the remaining balance when the item ships.
- You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled (shipped), it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our returns policy.

Try before you buy
- For try-before-you-buy items, we will place an authorization on your payment method before fulfilling the order.
- You will have a specified trial period to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return the item within that period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
