Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be canceled prior to the creation of the shipping label. If you receive an item and wish to return it, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unassembled (not drilled), or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at jeff@mojoproshop.com.
