Ordering & drilling
Do you drill balls bought online?
Online orders ship undrilled. We don't drill online orders, because a proper fit needs your hand in front of us. Bring the ball to the shop and we'll measure you and drill it, usually the same day: $20 for any ball bought from Mojo (online or in the shop), $40 for balls bought elsewhere.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?
Yes. Choose Local pickup at checkout and pick it up free at Mojo Pro Shop inside Apple Valley Bowl, 1304 South Main Street, Plantsville. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we'll email you when yours is ready. While you're here, we can measure you and drill your ball.
What weights do you carry?
Most balls come in 12–16 lb. Each product page shows exactly which weights are in stock right now.

Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $150 or more within the continental U.S. Under $150, Standard shipping is $8.99 and Express is $17.99. Free shipping doesn't apply to Hawaii or Alaska. Mojo apparel is made to order and ships separately at its own flat rate.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days after they ship.
What about pre-orders?
Pre-order balls ship as soon as they're released and arrive from the manufacturer. The expected date is on each product page.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 10 days of your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and undrilled. Balls that have been drilled can't be returned, because they've been fit to your hand. Email jeff@mojoproshop.com to start a return. See the full Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us a photo within 10 days and we'll make it right.
Services
What services do you offer in the shop?
Drilling, resurfacing ($30), oil extraction ($25), the Revive Combo ($45), plugging, and grip and slug installs. Most jobs are done the same day. See all services and prices.
How often should I resurface my ball?
About every 60 games to keep the hook it came with.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours.
